Paid Surveys for cash, is it really possible?

Picture

So you're interested in doing surveys on-line for some extra cash but you
really don't know if it's worth the time and effort?  Is it all a scam or are
businesses really paying people to take surveys?  Well, the first question
depends on the person and the second answer is probably both!

There are companies out there who actually do pay people to do surveys,
on-line, from their home and they pay cash, not just a reward card to your
favorite store or something like that.  I'm sure there are also scams out there
so you gotta read the fine print and everything before you agree to something.
But here is information on the real, honest to goodness, pay to take survey
websites you can find on the web.

You will most likely get a couple of surveys a week from each company and
each one will pay from $2 to $20.  So, you won't get rich but you can make some
nice pocket change.  That's why you want to sign up as many survey companies as
possible to get the biggest bang for your buck.

If you're good at keeping track of things and have a basic knowledge of
spreadsheets, you can set up a table with each company you're doing business,
how much it costs to enter their service and information on each survey and how
much you've been paid.  This way you know when you've paid off your initial
investment and when you're actually making money.  If not, you just wing it and
know that if you keep going, eventually everything will even out.

Speaking of the initial investment, most companies that are paying top dollar
on these surveys will charge anywhere from $20 to $40 to start getting their
surveys.  Some run specials where they have half price entry fees, so look for
those bargains.

And some things to remember once you get started:

Aways complete your full profile accurately.
These companies are looking for good information demographically and in
many other ways.  If you don't have a good profile set up, you may not get as
many surveys.

Make sure you are complete and accurate in your answers.
Many people tend to skim questions and answer how they think the person
wants them to.  I've seen many a survey that has had a question that said at the
very end of the question "choose answer C" just to see if the person was reading
the question.  Things like this can get a person disqualified from further
surveys from a certain company

Check your email or the site every day.
You can't take the survey if you're not there and most of them need to be
done in a fairly short amount of time.  Don't let the noon wake up time snatch
an opportunity for doing a survey away from you.

So don't be afraid if you want some extra cash, just do your research and get
typing.  There's money to be made out there just waiting for someone!
